We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Third-party content such as Google Maps loads only after you choose to load it.

aptus_widget_identity is a first-party, strictly functional cookie. It is created only after you click to start the Aptus demo. It contains opaque session and conversation identifiers, the selected locale and session timestamps so the demo can keep the same conversation. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, is restricted to the Aptus widget API path, and expires 30 days after the latest activity. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The contacts page initially shows a local placeholder and sends nothing to Google. If you click “Load interactive Google Map”, your browser connects to Google and Google may process connection data and use storage under its own terms and privacy policy. Loading the map is optional.

Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally under arba-theme. It is not a cookie and is not sent to ARBA with normal page requests.

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking or deleting the Aptus cookie resets the demo conversation; the rest of the site remains available. Questions: [email protected].
