Privacy Policy
How we process personal data submitted through this website. Last updated: 2026-07-20.
Who we are
The controller for data submitted through this website is ARBA International B.V. (operating as ARBA Agency), Van Heuven Goedhartlaan 13D, 1181 LE Amstelveen, The Netherlands.
For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit a form on this website, we process the details you enter:
- your name and work email
- phone or Telegram where the form asks for it
- company or clinic name where the form asks for it
- the request text you write
- your consent to process the submission, with the date, wording version and language of the consent text
Technical data
Together with a submission we record technical metadata: IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, the referring page, UTM tags and the interface language. We use it to protect the forms from abuse (rate limiting, spam rejection) and to understand which page a request came from. Our servers also keep standard technical logs.
Why we process it
We process submitted data to respond to your inquiry and to prepare the cooperation you asked about. The consent checkbox on our forms covers exactly this processing — it is not a marketing consent, and we do not add you to any mailing list based on it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where your data goes
Submissions are stored in our own database and delivered to our internal CRM and an internal notification channel so the team can respond. Access is limited to the ARBA team handling inquiries.
The assistant widget
The pilot assistant widget on the Aptus page stores a functional session cookie and processes the messages you type in order to generate responses and, if you ask for it, hand the conversation over to a human. See the Cookie Policy for the cookie details.
Retention and deletion
We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the follow-up it leads to. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the contact above.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to the contact above and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Changes
When our data handling changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
