The AI-native lab behind ARBA Agency
We run our own company as a live testbed for AI agents, AI-assisted delivery and automation. Only what proves itself here reaches client projects.
- Own operations
- Human supervision
- Transfer only after proof
Agents in real operations
ARBA is a compact, AI-native company, and we automate a lot of it. We don't theorize about AI; our agents do real work: software development, sysadmin support, security checklists, legal prep, customer support, project coordination, product research, documentation and internal knowledge work.
That lets us run several projects at once, try new AI approaches fast, and learn first-hand what it takes to keep AI useful, safe and under control.
Daily experience no book can teach
- where AI actually moves the needle
- what has to stay in human hands
- how to set roles and boundaries for agents
- how to judge the quality of their output
- how to fit agents into the tools you already use
- how to stop automation from running away
- how to get teams comfortable working with AI
- how to go from AI experiments to AI operations
Managed, not autonomous
Our agents don't run loose or replace people. They are managed digital assistants: clear tasks, human oversight, quality checks, hard access limits and constant tuning.
Products and ventures we operate ourselves
These products belong to ARBA Lab. They demonstrate product operation and domain learning; they are deliberately separate from the enterprise procurement catalog.

Open MaximusProven patterns become enterprise capabilities
What proves itself in ARBA Lab does not stay an internal trick. The agentic patterns we run daily mature into governed enterprise capabilities on Nexus — our sovereign platform for AI in production.
